Wisconsin Teaching Fellows and Scholars
October 30, 2015
The 2016-17 Wisconsin Teaching Fellows and Scholars program sponsored by UWM and the UW System Office of Professional and Instructional Development (OPID). The Wisconsin Teaching Fellows and Scholars program is OPID’s signature professional development program promoting the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL). Former Fellows and Scholars from UWM have indicated the program greatly benefited their teaching and students’ learning, enabled them to engage in SoTL research, and facilitated collaborative relationships with colleagues from different disciplines.
Each UW institution may have one Fellow and one Scholar. Since we are limited to one in each category, we will have an internal process at UWM to select one applicant in each category to forward to OPID. Therefore, I need to receive your completed application materials and budget sheet by Friday, October 30. Submissions are due electronically to Diane Reddy (Director, Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning; OPID Administrative Representative, UWM)
The selection criteria, application information, and budget sheet are here:
